'There is insufficient Space on your Device'

Your case is probably like mine , I have followed almost 50 tutorials on how to fix this error on my Android device but , nothing seems to work untill I discovered the real reason this error keeps after carrying out the so called recommended methods I found online.
Here some fix i found on during my researched , I discovered that this solution worked for some folks.

(1)  Clean your Cache with cache cleaners.
This method requires you to download Cache cleaners like Clean master or  App Cache Cleaner – 1Tap Clean. on google play. Mind you the dreaded ''insufficient Space error'' will still pop up. preventing you to download any app to fix it.

To Download .Apk Files with your browser both on Phone and Pc ..Read this post

If cleaning your cache doesn't fix the issue read on.

(2)  Move Data from Internal Storage to SD card.
To do this, Go-to Settings-> Click App-> open App info and click Move to SD card
This method actually solved the problem for some people  but it still doesn't work for me

(3) Uninstall Google Play Service Update
This method i found on s website, but was not even close to fixing the issue, so i won't bother you with more of this non working solutions.Lets go straight to How I eventually fixed the error

In my case I was trying to update my whatsapp and some other apps on my phone but the dread message keeps popping up on google play.

(Working Method) How i fixed 'There is insufficient Space on your Device' on My Phone

Firstly, I advice you to note down the Memory specifications of your phone...Just browse google for it..In my case ...Mine has a
  • 1gb RAM
  • 2GB Internal Storage
  • An 8gb Memory Card
If  you are getting this error Its not because of Low Ram or Memory Card space, You may have more than 5gb free on your SD card and still not able to download on google play.
  • The Major reason is your Phones internal storage This was what playstore was complaing about. While i was trying the 3rd fix above, my eyes popped to my internal storage , only 55mb was free of 2gb .So you need to have enough phone storage to install apps with google play if your phone has low internal memory like mine.
The best method to fix this error is to free your phones internal memory by '' Uninstalling some unused Apps on your device or Move them to your SD card using the method above...Cache cleaning doesn't fix substantial amount of internal strorage so it might not be effective

After freeing as little as 200mb the error varnished and i was able to update my whatsapp using google play.
